Abstract: |
Two evaluation trenches revealed only tentative evidence of later medieval activity and the 18th century Bridgefield Works, due to the redevelopment of the area for housing in the later 19th century. Evidence for domestic properties associated with Michael Road and Hurst Road were encountered and the construction of Hurst Road was investigated. [Au(abr)] |
