Abstract: |
The evaluation revealed deposits representing soil build-up within the churchyard. These deposits contained a quantity of medieval pottery and some later material. The pottery was little abraded and the sherds were of a good size. It was likely that the pottery indicated medieval activity or settlement in the vicinity, but no archaeologically significant remains were located. [Au(abr)] |
