Abstract: |
Trial trenching was undertaken to supplement information obtained from an accompanying desk top assessment, and, in consultation with the County Archaeologist, to make recommendations for further evaluation at a later stage. A range of features were revealed and a representative sample were excavated. Several seemed to be of prehistoric or Romano-British date. [AIP] |
