Abstract: |
A watching brief was undertaken during the groundworks for the construction of a new electricity cable link. Below the disturbed topsoil the remains of part of a demolished building were located. This appeared to be of a 19th century agricultural origin. Its demolition, probably in the early 20th century, had badly disturbed the immediate area. No finds or deposits predating the 19th century were located. [Au] |
