Abstract: |
An early iron age pit was revealed during an excavation at the site of a previous evaluation. A possible iron age cremation and two ditches, one associated with a bank, were also recorded. Iron age artefacts included a large assemblage of pottery, animal bone and loomweight fragments. Late bronze age pottery and flints were also found. [AIP] |
