Abstract: |
<summary>A single trench was excavated in response to a proposed extension. Excavation was limited to three small areas by the discovery of a 19th century well and a series of drains. It is suggested that the area had been a Roman dump before being levelled and a structure built. Agricultural deposits from the Medieval period were found, as well as evidence of post-medieval occupation of the area. {italon}AIP{italoff} {italon}SMR Primary Record Numbers:{italoff} 1991.22 (YAT investigation identification no) |
