Abstract: |
Most of the trenches revealed deep deposits for agricultural or garden soil underlying modern surfaces, but trench two also revealed a shallow ditch cut into the sub-soil. Associated and overlying finds of medieval coarse pottery suggested a date for the use of this feature between the thirteenth and fifteenth centuries. [Au(abr)] |
