Abstract: |
A deposits of sandstones and clay located in Trench 1 represented core material derived from Hadrian's Wall. However, only a very limited area of this deposit was exposed, meaning that this possible identification of the Wall awaits support of other observation before its line can be considered to be fixed in this area with certainty.
