Abstract: |
An archaeological excavation was undertaken at the site. Evidence of 1st century AD enclosures and ritual activity, early and late Roman enclosures and mid to late 4th century clay extraction was identified. The ritual activity consisted of a neonatal burial in an inverted pot and placed deposits in the terminal of a 1st century ditch. [Au(abr)] |
