Abstract: |
A large parcel of land was examined by fieldwalking but did not lead to the recovery of a large number of finds. A small number of prehistoric struck flints were recovered but were insufficiently diagnostic to enable closer dating. The flints did not cluster, indicating a 'site', but probably represented prehistoric activity in the area. Pottery sherds recovered were probably the result of manuring. [Au(adp)] |
