Abstract:		 An archaeological assessment was carried out on the proposed development site. The assessment identified that the area may contain remains of medieval ridge and furrow. The site was also identified as being located within a landscape of Late Neolithic, late prehistoric and Romano-British sites and was adjacent to a Scheduled Neolithic burial mound. [Au(abr)]
