Abstract: |
The archaeological watching brief was undertaken during the construction of an access road, settlement lagoons and adjacent bunds. Observations revealed no archaeological features or deposits were present. However, the presence of burnt and struck flint from residual topsoil may indicate prehistoric activity in the surrounding area which is entirely consistent with the archaeological record.
