Abstract: |
Trial trenches were excavated on the proposed development site. The former pre-18th century meander route of the River Rea was identified, along with the former river bank. The alluvial deposits were cut by structures associated with a row of buildings used for the toy making during 19th century. The deposits were also cut by structural remains of the mid 20th century Phosphor Bronze factory. [Au(abr)] |
