Abstract: |
<summary>Magnetometer surveys were undertaken to evaluate two areas that would be affected by proposed widening of the A1. At Alconbury Hill, a series of very weak linear anomalies suggestive of former ridge and furrow cultivation and areas of modern drainage and disturbance were recorded. No geophysical anomalies indicative of archaeological activity within Archer's Wood were identified.
