Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken prior to the proposed development of the site. Two trenches were excavated in positions located from information from an earlier geotechnical report. Trench B revealed two ditches, one orientated north-south, the other east-west. Three post holes were located in the trench as were four pits. Trench A revealed a sequence of layers which related to these features as well as the alluvial sequence present throughout the site.
