Abstract: |
An assessment of archaeological remains was carried out in advance of the diversion of above-ground electricity cables. It was found that there was high potential for the discovery of prehistoric and Roman archaeology on the site, and medium to low potential for later periods. Roman burials and crop marks in the vicinity were cited as the main evidence for archaeological remains. Appropriate mitigation was suggested. [Au(abr)] |
