Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was carried out on groundworks within an area of known Roman settlement. Two pits and a layer of chalk which may have been a floor surface dating to the Romano-British period were identified. Pottery from the 1st-2nd century were recovered. [Au(abr)] |
