Abstract: |
Evaluation trenches were excavated on the site of a proposed development. A sequence of marine and salt marsh clays dating to the Late Roman/Saxon periods were identified. A kiln dump deposit and an associated ditch and post hole, dating to the Iron Age/Roman periods was identified. A series of undated ditched and field drains were also encountered. [Au(abr)] |
