Abstract: |
A desk-based study of an area adjacent Shepreth Parish Church, proposed for an extension to a burial ground, and the construction of a small car park and storage area, indicated that the greatest potential of the site was for early medieval remains associated with the church, possibly fronting onto the trackway of Moor End Lane.
