Abstract: |
An archaeological trial excavation was carried out, comprising eight machine excavated trial trenches on farmland, in advance of a proposed clay extraction. No archaeological features were revealed and the anomalies shown by earlier geophysics were shown to be tree root holes and geological features. [Au(adp)] |
