Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was carried out. A possible prehistoric deposit of tufaceous material was found. A quarry-like feature which was most likely post-medieval in date produced 18th to 20th century finds. Natural gravel was encountered at the bottom of the trenches. [Au(abr)]
