Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	Geophysical prospection was carried out comprising a detailed earth resistance survey and a magnetometer survey of c. 2 ha of land on earthworks. The resistance survey confirmed the earthwork banks and ditches that were apparent on the ground and in addition showed some anomalies that were not visible on the surface. A detailed magnetometer survey was carried out over the same area and provided little new information, possibly due to peculiarities of the local geofluvial substrate. [Au(adp)]
