Abstract: |
Monitoring carried out during the excavation of housing footings exposed a single feature, which was probably of medieval date. The site was set back from the edge of the green itself and it would, therefore have been unreasonable to draw strong conclusions from the absence of features elsewhere on the site. [Au] |
