Abstract: |
The assessment was undertaken prior to the site being turned into a gravel quarry. The assessment demonstrated that the site was discovered to contain evidence for Romano-British activity in the way of enclosures and a known town. A scheduled medieval village was located to the north of the study area. [AIP] |
