Abstract: |
Post-medieval features were revealed during the archaeological evaluation. In Trenches 1 and 2, structural features related to Wisteria House were present. A substantial waste put contained 19th-20th century finds. A similar put in Trench 3 contained 18th-20th century pottery. The pits may have been the result of quarrying for construction material.
