Abstract: |
A programme of archaeological monitoring was undertaken on construction work associated with the replacement of Mights Bridge. No evidence of any earlier timber structures over the Buss Creek were identified other than timbers 3 and 4, seen during the second visit, which may possibly have been part of an earlier bridge. If any substantial timber remains had been present it was likely that they would have been identified during the monitoring visits. [Au(adp)] |
