Abstract: |
<summary>A desk-based assessment of the proposed site of a housing development was carried out. A large number of Palaeolithic findspots had been recorded in the general area to the west of the site, and some later prehistoric and Roman finds were also known. The route of a medieval road ran directly to the north. It was concluded that some archaeological evaluation work would be necessary. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
