Abstract: |
An assessment was carried out at the site in advance of a new residential development. The site appeared to have been extensively developed from the 19th century onwards, although it was thought possible that it had been built on before this date. A possible Roman road was thought to run through the site, and the area was probably settled and cultivated in the medieval period. [Au(abr)] |
