Abstract: |
On the basis of the proposed development and reclamation of the Haven area, it was thought unlikely that there would be a major impact on any significant archaeological remains of medieval date. The remains of the 19th century warehouse and cottages, which were both demolished in 1961, survived immediately below the existing ground surface and the foundations were in a good state of preservation.
