Abstract:		 A magnetometer survey was carried out covering approximately 3ha in advance of the proposed expansion of the quarry. The survey identified at least two enclosures of unknown date and function. Other more general areas of magnetic readings suggested that archaeological activity may have been spread over a more extensive area but that ploughing may have degraded these remains. [Au(adp)]
