Abstract: |
Archaeological observations during groundworks associated with the installation of a new toilet in the 16th century bell tower of the medieval church of St Giles, revealed a layer of sandstone rubble beneath the floor of the bell tower. The sewer trench in the graveyard cut through the upper part of a single grave cut. [Au(abr)] |
