Abstract:
A total of six areas, various sizes, were recorded during the excavations. In three of the trenches, occasional archaeological features were cut into the surface of the natural. None of these features contained any datable artefacts, but they were sealed by a substantial thickness of ploughsoil, which contained pottery dated from 11th to the early 13th centuries. [Au(abr)]
