Abstract:		 An assessment was carried out in advance of development of the site. Several Grade II* Listed buildings were located within the study area. A Roman road and post-medieval activity was present in the surrounding area but was thought unlikely to extend into the development area. No other archaeological deposits were evident from this assessment. [Au(abr)]
