Abstract: |
A second phase of archaeological monitoring was conducted in advance of the construction of a single carriage way road. The disturbed nature of the site, which was primarily a result of the reclamation works which took place following the demolition of the railway goods yard, meant that there was little in the way of archaeological deposits or features present. The main feature exposed was a 19th century tile built culvert. [Au(adp)] |
