Abstract:		 The evaluation was carried out specifically to establish whether the Grove, a now-demolished 16th/17th century building, post-dated any other structures. Foundation walls of the Grove were discovered, and it was thought that any earlier buildings would have been truncated by the construction of the Grove.The archaeological significance of the area was considered as low.
