Abstract: |
An evaluation was undertaken at a proposed development site. Mesolithic, neolithic and bronze age finds had been recorded in the surrounding area, and a medieval manor site lay nearby. During the evaluation, a prehistoric flint spall and three sherds of medieval pottery were recovered. A post-medieval ditch and an undated gully were recorded. It was concluded that the proposed development would not affect significant archaeological deposits. [AIP] |
