Abstract: |
A brief desk-based assessment, and field evaluation were undertaken on a site proposed for residential development. The site was on the edge of a medieval village green and it was thought that medieval occupation might be found on the site. No evidence for a green edge settlement was indicated in the area proposed for development, the only features discovered being post-medieval ditches. [AIP] |
