Abstract: |
A large scale evaluation prior to road development located a number of sites and investigated several sites identified in an earlier assessment. A range of sites were revealed, ranging from Neolithic, Bronze Age and Iron Age activity around palaeochannels which had been previously identified, to examination of a DMV at Cutteslowe. At least six stone buildings were identified at this site, with stone scatters suggesting a different layout to the village than previously thought. [AIP] |
