Abstract: |
A desk-based study of the archaeological implications of proposals for drainage improvements was undertaken with regard to the effects on earthworks in Walmer Castle Paddock. The study identified that the most recent features were associated with garden landscaping, and overlay and truncated a low bank and two parallel banks which possibly represented parts of the Tudor defensive earthworks.
