Abstract: |
The removal of parts of the extant boundary wall revealed layers of dumping and other deposits associated with the construction of the pre-existing parts of the boundary wall. On a few occasions, small fragments of disarticulated human remains were recovered. A brick was recovered from an intact portion of the wall was dated between the 13th and 15th centuries. Pottery recovered from the layers exposed behind the wall dated from between the 14th and 19th centuries. [Au(abr)] |
