Abstract: |
Desk-based assessment of land proposed for a residential development identified two sites of archaeological interest within the proposal area comprising and area of ridge and furrow (Glos SMR 15459) and an air raid shelter (Glos SMR 12508). Two sites of archaeological interest lay adjacent to the proposal area: a brick-making site (Glos SMR 6939); and Horsemarling Farmhouse (Glos SMR 15535), a grade II listed building of 17th century date.
