Abstract: |
<summary>Unexpected discovery of human bone during restoration works inside a building resulted in limited archaeological recording. The human remains were shown to be those of an adult male and had been re-buried under the floor of the Old Rectory during the 14th or 15th century. A medieval stone and mortar wall and post-medieval beaten clay floors were also recorded. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
