Abstract: |
There was no recorded evidence from the site itself for archaeological or paleoenvironmental deposits. There were no surviving historic features within the site prior to its emparkation in the 19th century. The archaeological potential of the site was derived from its location within the Lower Colne Valley, a region which has been subject to relatively detailed archaeological, geoarchaeological and paleoenvironmental research.[Au(abr)] |
