Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation and building recording were conducted in advance of a proposed development. The development of the farm was traced by cartographic data from the mid 19th century. The buildings of the steading were assessed and recorded and were considered to be of local significance. The work produced no evidence of pre-modern activity at the site. A single residual sherd of medieval pottery was recovered, as well as finds dated to the 18th or 19th centuries. [Au(adp)] |
