Abstract: |
An archaeological excavation was carried out on the site. Late Saxon finds were recovered from several inter-cutting pits, together with ditches and a medieval well shaft. Eighteenth century to modern build up deposits were also identified, along with areas of medieval quarrying activity. [Au(abr)] |
