The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An evaluation was carried out at a proposed development site, near which Mesolithic material had been recorded. Several features were revealed which appeared to indicate medieval exploitation of peat deposits. A group of undated pits was left unexcavated; a sherd of medieval pottery was recovered from the surface of one. Animal bones and medieval pottery were found, and peat samples were taken for analysis. [AIP]
