Abstract:		 A single trench, 13.5m by 5.5m, was excavated across the site as part of an archaeological evaluation required prior to the determination of planning consent for residential development. This trench revealed truncation by a modern basement and post-medieval dumping. No archaeological remains pre-dating the 16th century were present. [Au(adp)]
