Abstract: |
The evaluation was associated with the planning application for the construction of nine new houses on the site. As the locations of some of the sample trenches were under existing buildings a brief survey was also undertaken. The buildings were found to be post-medieval and showed signs of extensive re-modelling. The sample trenches resulted in the discovery of an undated feature and ditch. [AIP] |
