Abstract: |
Three areas were excavated. Medieval activity was identified with the presence of pits, walls, a stone lined drain and a vennel. The post-medieval activity on the site include the construction of revetment walls fronting the river and the dumping of deposits down the riverbank. Buildings, wells, cobbled yard surfaces and a cellar were also identified. [Au(abr)] |
