Abstract:		 18 trenches were excavated on the proposed development area. 30 features were identified, the nature and date of the majority of the features could not be determined. Two pits and a ditch were dated to the Iron Age. A pit and a ditch were dated to the Romano-British period and a pit to the post-medieval period. [Au(abr)]
